2. Business Plans:

• This is a great business plan template for any business.
• This template gives startup businesses ideas on how to write a business plan.
• This template gives established businesses ideas on how to write a business plan.
• This is a good business plan template to use for service-based businesses.

3. Marketing:

• This is a template of a SWOT analysis. It is utilized to identify your company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats relative to your competition.
• This is a great template of a marketing plan.

4. Finance:

• This is a comprehensive financial projection model published by SCORE.
• This is a break-even analysis model. Break-even points are calculated to determine how much sales volume a business needs before realizing profits.
• This document outlines criteria that lenders look for from a potential borrower.
• This is a loan amortization schedule excel sheet.
• This is a very simple 12 month cash flow projection model.
• This is a great budgeting template that allows businesses to monitor projected and actual monthly expenditures.

5. Operations:

• Process Chart:  This is a very simple template to map out business processes.  A systematic approach to mapping  out key processes in your organization can help pinpoint bottlenecks.  Bottlenecks are inefficiencies that must be eliminated to maximize productivity and profits.  The goal is to only have value added steps in each process within your organization.
• Life Cycle Chart:  This template gives you a foundation for mapping out the life cycle of a product, service, or process.
