History

The Riverbend Center for Entrepreneurial Facilitation (RCEF) was launched in 1994. RCEF is a 501 C-3, non-profit, non-membership, entrepreneur and business development organization. From our origins, we provide free and confidential business consulting services for entrepreneurs in the Southern Minnesota. We provide a grassroots approach to identify, encourage, and support homegrown innovation as an important economic development strategy. RCEF helps to turn those homegrown ideas into new or retained jobs, while assisting entrepreneurs, inventors, and existing business to achieve their respective goals.
