An Advanced Business Facilitation Program is a model to reawaken human spirit and revitalize a community. It is a caring and cooperative model that nurtures local business development and expansion to bring new wealth and jobs into a community.

 
What business counseling does RCEF provide?

Our Business Facilitators assist clients in many capacities ranging from how to start and manage a business to how to expand operations to another area. No matter what your needs may be our Business Facilitators will sit down with you in a one-on-one confidential setting to get an understanding of your situation. If other professional expertise is necessary to move you forward, they will make the connection for you. So you not only have access to our Business Facilitators, but an array of specialized professionals (i.e. accountants, attorneys, commercial realtors, etc.).

 
What should I expect?
Business counseling with RCEF is free and you will have confidential access to expert business advice from our Business Facilitators or other relevant professionals. We will sit down with you over a cup of coffee in a relaxed, non-threatening setting to discuss business. At the end of the counseling session you should expect homework. Our Business Facilitators will prioritize your needs and give you specific direction on how to complete your homework. It is your responsibility as the client to follow up with us to keep the process moving forward.

 
What does a Business Facilitator do for me?

RCEF Business Facilitators will help you break down barriers to achieve your goals. We will work closely with you throughout the business planning process and connect you to the right resources at the right time during the process. We will also connect you to potential capital sources.

 
Where do I meet a Business Facilitator?

Our Business Facilitators can meet you at your business or other secondary office. You can also come to us; our office is on the Bethany Lutheran College Campus.

How do I get started?

You can get started today by scheduling an appointment with one of our Business Facilitators. Before you meet with us, please click here and fill out the Application for Services and bring it to your first appointment.

We do not have grants.

 
Do you have business loans?

We do not have business loans; however we can help you find business loans that you may qualify for.

 
Do you write business plans?

We can assist you with writing and developing a business plan. Before you begin, we will educate you on the components of a business plan and provide you with the necessary tools to get started. From there we will critique, revise, and make suggestions for improvement. We will work closely with you throughout this process.
